Enter any of the history book screens in Franchise mode.

Do exactly what the description says. Just go into one of the history book screens and this one should unlock for you.

Activate any of the RS cards.

After playing a regular game of madden you can recieve these cards that increase player stats.
When you recieve one just start another game hit start and go find the RS card option in the start menu and activate it.

Score a Touchdown in any Offline game mode.

Go to Play now pick your teams and then start the game and score a touchdown its very simple.
If your having trouble look through the plays you have for one called Hail Mary and use that.
You just chuck it down the field and hopefully your player catches it in the endzone.

Gain a first down in any offline game mode.

So what you need to do here is get any player past that yellow line on the field.
So the best way to do this is to pick a play then pull the right trigger and itll show you a shadow of where the player is gonna run.
If you see a player who will end up running over this yellow line try to get it to him (Use a Pass Play).

Successfully complete an offline game.

If you've done #3 and #4 Achievements most likely your in a game so all you need to do now
is play through the entire game and this will unlock for you (Note: It must be offline!).

Amass four sacks in one game.

If your doing #3-5 during this game would be the best time to go for this and its really not that hard.
Just hit start and go to settings>game options> go to offsides and turn it all the way down to 0.
Then just take a Linebacker and stand next to the quarter back and hit him 4 times after the snap.

Win a user-controlled Franchise game.

Start a Franchise and pick your fav team>Then sim through the pre-season>Select the first game and hit play now>
Then once the game starts play the FIRST DOWN ONLY! then hit start and sim the rest of the game and if you win
this achievement will unlock for you. But if it doesn't just play an actual franchise game and win it.

Successfully rush for 200 yards or more.

When your playing any custom controller game, and yes you need to actually do this yourself sorry.
Just run the ball alot and do well. Look for the holes in the line and just to get through or pitch it to the
outside and run down the left or right side of the field for big gains.

Successfully pass for over 350 yards or more.

Start throwing very long passes down field all game and you should get this easily.
Hail Mary Passes almost always work against the CPU especially in the beginning.

Win the Super Bowl with your Franchise team.

Getting your team to the superbowl is the hardest part. So the best way to do this is to start a franchise.
Then sim through preseason and save. When the season starts sim just the first week and if you won save the game.
If you lose though reload the save from earlier. Keep doing this until your 16-0 for the season. Then do it for the playoffs
also until you win those games and you end up in the superbowl. Then play the superbowl and win the big game! That Easy!

Successfully complete 30 years of Franchise mode.

Just Sim until the year 2036-2037 Season. Sim through that season and it should unlock for you. Congratz 1000/1000.
