This game is ridiculously easy. Every achievement can be grabbed through one playthrough by following the guides for each playthrough. The game is actually quite fun too, if you're a LOST fan!

Crash survivor Crash survivor 25G

Complete Episode 1

Guide
First of all, try to pick up most of the things you see lying around (bottle of water, coconut, papaya, etc.) as this will help you later on in game when you have to trade things with the other survivors.
Talk to Kate. She will trigger your first flashback (see 815 for help with the achievement). Once the flashback is completed, talk to Kate again, she will tell you to follow the dog to the crash site. Go straight ahead to load the next area.
Follow the dog (run by holding the Right Trigger down). On the crash site, talk to Jack (he is the one doing CPR on a passenger), and he'll tell you to stop the fuel leak.
Run to the side of the fuselage facing the jungle, and Activate the electrical panel. See Save the castaways on how to solve the puzzle.
After the cutscene, you are told to find something that belongs to you. Run to the other side of the fuselage and to the camp fire. Find the backpack you saw in your flashback, and pick it up. There's another cutscene, before the episode is completed. Achievement unlocked.

Locate the cockpit Locate the cockpit 25G

Complete Episode 2

Guide
Talk to Kate, and ask for your camera. She tells you to look by the cockpit out in the jungle. Head towards the jungle to where Jack is blocking the path. Leave him and head towards where you just saw Lisa appear. Try to talk to her to activate Flashback 2 (See Sweet memory). Once back on the beach, talk to Jack once more, and tell him Claire's fainted, and you will automatically run out into the jungle.
In the jungle, Locke calls for you, go talk to him. He'll tell you the banyan trees will provide protection against what's out there. Move towards the debris, and you will be explained on how to navigate in the jungle. Use the markers to navigate (all you need to do, is run up to one, and press A to be pointed in the direction to the next marker), but do not run into the smoke. Dodge the shooter, who'll soon be attacked by the smoke, and move to the next area.
Move along the trail to the right to meet up with Michael, who is chopping wood. He will tell you to move through a dark cave to get to the cockpit, and provide you with a lighter. You can trade with him to get some torches as well (you might want more than one). Light up a torch (access inventory by using the D-pad) and advance into the cave.
Once through the cave, follow the trail to reach the wreckage. Enter through the back, and move towards the cockpit. On the wall behind the cockpit, there are two electrical panel, activate the busted one on the right, and take the fuses. Activate the one on the left. You will need to direct 25V on the upper level, and 50 to the lower. Use a -15V and two -30V on the upper level, and one -5V and one -30V on the lower. Once done, pick up your camera and move outside. Episode 2 complete.

Complete Episode 3

Guide
Once you start the episode, go left to the trail where Sayid is. Talk to him, and he'll tell you to go see Locke. Go find Locke near the campfire and ask for batteries. He'll say the island is a fresh start, and trigger the next flashback. See Behind the glass for details. Once the flashback is complete, talk to Locke once again. Once you leave the dialog, Blackmailer will unlock.
Follow Locke and he'll tell you to follow the markers on the trees. Enter the jungle and follow the markers as told, dodging the gunfire. In the next area, move towards the hatch. After the short cutscene with Locke, move towards the hatch until you see the engraved numbers in the metal. Pull out your camera from your inventory (D-pad), use it by pressing X, and photograph them. This will unlock the 4 8 15 16 23 42 achievement.
Speak to Locke, and ask for the batteries. He will tell you to follow him, and another area will be loaded. Once you regain control, do a 180 and jump back to the hatch. Photograph the beam of light coming up from the hatch to unlock Beam of light. Go back to the cave.
follow the trail over the wooden bridge to meet Locke by the cave. Talk to him, and he'll tell you to navigate through the cave. If you need it, trade with Locke for some more torches and an oil can (you might need it later when you get the oil lamp). Move into the cave and follow Lisa making sure you do not fall into the holes on the ground. When you reach the end, jump down and pick up the object from the hand of the corpse. This will end the episode.

Complete Episode 4

Guide
Once the episode starts, go straight ahead to where Kate is sitting. Whip out your camera and take a picture of her playing with the toy plane. Locate Charlie and take a photo of his guitar behind him. Move behind Charlie's hut and to the treeline. Locate Locke's wheelchair and photograph it as well. This will unlock Castaways' Treasures. See Medical Station for details on how to unlock that achievement.
Enter the jungle and examine the markers on the trees. They will indicate in which direction you need to go in. Check your compass to see which direction you need to move in (if needed, you can check your compass by pressing the Right Bumper), and once again you will need to dodge gunfire. The route will lead you to Desmond. Talk to him, and then check the marker on the nearby tree to move to the next area.
Follow the trail past the hatch to meet up with Sayid who is standing near the entrance to the Swan. Talk to him and give him the battery. He will not allow you to enter before you've learned your own name. To do that, go back to the beach and talk to Hurley. This will trigger another flashback, see Identity crisis for details. Once you've learned your name, go back to Sayid and talk to him. Enter the Swan station. Move past the living quarters and examine the computer. Input 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 and press execute. This will unlock Button pusher.
You will now have to activate three fusion panels.

  • One is to your left just as you enter the swan - Solution
  • Another is by the benchpress right before you enter the bedroom. - Solution
  • The last is in the bedroom. - Solution


Once completed, move into the room with the computer, and flick the switch on the console with the now green lights. This will close the blast doors. Take a photo of the map on the door to the right of the computer. Use the computer which now prompts 'Enter the way home.' - type in VIA DOMUS and execute. The computer will now enter a blast door menu. Input 'D' and answer the '63' and 'L' on the following IQ test. Turn on the lights, open door 2, move into the room and take a photo of the map on the blast door. Go back to the console, and open door 3. Move out to end the Episode.

Complete Episode 5

Guide
Equip your lighter (use D-pad), and ignite it. Move towards the door and talk to Kate. This will trigger a flashback (see Persephone for details). Once the flashback is over, talk to Kate again, and explain you were a journalist, and you will be released.
Move out of the cell. It's time for taking some more pictures again, so equip your camera. On your immediate left coming out of the cell, look in the bookcase for "A Turn of the Screw". Photograp the book, and you will unlock A Turn of the Screw. Photograph the blood stains on the ceiling directly above where Kate is sitting. This will unlock Radzinsky. Move to the medicine cabinet on the wall next to the two red couches and take a photo of it. Go to where the area before the bedroom, and take a photo of the grey Dharma jumpsuit by the laundry machine. Go towards the hallway that leads to the exit of the Swan, and photograph the mural. This unlocks Desmond's Past.
Leave the Swan by going out the door leading to the jungle. Go straight ahead and through the waterfall, all the way until you reach the door to the magnetic room. You will need to find some dynamite to open it. Leave and head for the beach. Locate Hurley and ask for dynamite, he'll direct you to the Black Rock by following black flags. While you're on the beach, go to Charlie and trade with him to get a gun. Go back to the hatch, and locate the first black flag directly to the left as you enter the area. Enter the Dark Territory.
Once in the Dark Territory, check out Dharma Ride for information on how to get that achievement. Follow the flags, and, as Locke told you, use the banyan trees as shelter from the black smoke. At the end you will be directed directly at the black smoke, just run past it and into the banyan trees. A couple more flags, and you can enter the next area.
Follow the trail, dodging gunfire, to reach the Black Rock. Enter the ship through the hole, and make it to the far left end of the ship. Photograph the skeleton to unlock Slave. Grab the dynamite, and leave the ship, but keep in mind that if you run too long, the dynamite will eventually explode. Now make your way back to the hatch through the Dark Territory. This shouldn't prove to be too hard, but proceed with extreme caution!
Once back by the hatch, go through the waterfall once again, and to the door to the magnetic room. Place the dynamite there, go back and shoot the dynamite (if you did not get the gun, go to the beach and trade with Charlie for it). This unlocks Boom boom. Go inside and use the computer on the other side of the room. The answers to the IQ test are '8', 'R', '493'. Neutralize the reactor to end the episode.

Through the Flame Through the Flame 125G

Guide
The Episode starts with Elliott being chased by the black smoke. You will need to run and jump over and slide under logs. Also, if you die, you will need to watch that damn pre-episode cutscene over again, so stay focused! Eventually, you'll reach a grass field, where a cutscene shows the black smoke catching up with you before retreating into the woods. Once the cutscene is over, continue until you reach Juliet. DO NOT GO BEYOND THE PYLONS, they will kill you! Just go close enough so that you can talk to her. This will trigger a flashback, see Whatever it takes for details.
Once back to reality, talk to Juliet again, and she will let you through the fence. Continue down the hill, keeping on the right side until you see a blue flower in the grass. Pick it up to enter a hallway. Photograp the Pearl Station logo on the wall in front of you to unlock Pearl Station. Go back outside and go back up the hill, and keeping to the right of the pylons, you will eventually reach Juliet. Talk to her, and trade if you wish (next area will be dark). Follow the trail on her right until you reach a building, go to the inner door and enter.
Scan the area for fuses and make your way around the building for a fusebox (solution). Go through the newly opened door and climb to the main floor. Once on the top floor, move further in until you reach a seating area. On your right there is a desk with a map on it. Take out your camera and photograph it. If you took pictures of the maps on the blast door in Episode 4, Mapping the Island will unlock now. Open the door to the holding area where "Beady Eyes" is questioning someone, and shoot him. This will unlock Showdown and end the episode.

Guide
When you wake up in the cell, approach Lisa to start the episode. Go to the glass and talk to Tom who's on the other side. This will trigger a flashback. In the flashback, go in the door to your left, and all the way to the back of the room. There's a room to the left, go in there and to the window. Press A to hide, and photograph the briefcase during the exchange.
Once back in the present, speak to Tom again and you will be released. Your inventory is completely stripped, so you will have to explore the station for fuses, as you will need to activate a fusebox within the station. When you reach the pool room with the shark, use the computer and input '44', 'H', 'B' in the IQ test to life the shark from the water. Leave the pool room and go to the right to find the fusebox (solution).
Go through the just-opened door and talk to Ben and Juliet. Once done talking to them, you will be brought back to the beach. Go see Jack, who will be on the other side of the beach. Talk to him and tell him you've found a way off of the island. Go to the treeline where you enter the jungle and jump to the Black Rock.
Advance along the trail until you reach the Black Rock, go to Jack and speak to him. He will give you a gun. The pathway to the upper deck (where you found the slave skeleton) is now clear, so you can now go there. Once on the deck, a cutscene will play where you meet Tom and his crew, who's holding Kate. A last flashback is now triggered. When the flashback is done, go stand in front of Kate and shoot the dynamite on the crate by the other "Other". This will unlock Hero's hero and a cutscene will be played.
When the cutscene is over, Juliet will wake you up and give your camera back, and tell you to run towards the boat, because Ben has already sent someone to blow up it up. Once the cutscene is finished, you will have 1:34 minutes left to reach it. Yay! Another running part. Run as fast as you can, dodging the obstacles. Once you reach the docks, you will meet Locke who will shoot the "Other" trying to blow up the boat. When done talking, walk towards the boat to trigger the end of the game!

This is done in Episode 1, when prompted by Jack to stop the fuel leak.
You'll need to hit exactly 35V to Activate the panel. Use one -30V, two -15V and one -5V (you will also have to rotate them). Once completed, the achievement will unlock.

  • Go back to where you started the episode, and examine the plane part on one side of the hut with the blue wall (it will read 15).
  • Examine the crate closeby, which reads 16.
  • Go to the food cart close to Hurley, and examine it for the number 23.
  • Go to Charlie's hut and examine the dominoes on the table, where people have been playing Texas 42.

You will now be prompted to go to the Medical station, do so. Move down the stairs and take a photo of the Dharma logo on the wall.

Head for the first set of banyan trees to your left for shelter as the smoke attacks you.
