I hid the members list a while back, because I thought there wasn't need of any yet, due to the lack of for example a PM system. Plus the fact that it is somewhat bugged
It is still public though, if you click on "Users List" on the bottom of the forum, you will be able to see it.

Great! I didn't see that. Thats helpful but would it be possible to put a link bigger link somewhere on the the site.

Or put it in the Help section at the top?? As its empty

Currently looking into a PMing system. Not having a PM system sure does make the activity on this forum, though, maybe I'll just act as if I couldn't find anything!

I found a PMing module. I'm going to try to install it. It will probably still need some configuration and integration. If all goes well, it could be up within an hour.
