Play through the challenges mode. There's 20 of them all together.
A few hints as you get to the higher levels:
- If you get stuck on a level, learn which of the worms are killing you, and focus your attacks on them. Mostly the other worms are stupid and doesn't make a big threat.
- On the last levels, 15-20, i found it to be a good idea of digging one of my worms deep in to the mountain/iceberg. This way the worms wont get to it. Worst case scenario, hide until time runs out. During this time enemy teams usually kill each other or themselves. Remember to dig in on higer grounds. This way the enemy teams might drown as the water level rise.

The damage achievements most likely will unlock as you are completing the challenges. But you might have to replay some challenges to unlock Gold Damage. Find a level that suits you and replay it until it unlocks.
In case you wonder blowing worms in to the water drowning them counts as damage, I can confirm it does. My Gold Damage achievement unlocked when a worm drowned.

Kill 3 worms with one shot
Guide
Ways to kill three worms with one shot is blowing them up with a dynamite or drowning them. The most effective weapon however is a banana bomb (which you rarely get your hands on).

Guide
Crates always seem to drop down far away from you, and most of the times in to enemy hands. Ways to get to the crates are by using Ropes, Jetpacks and Teleports (when teleporting you have to teleport right above the crates).

Guide
The barrels are green and easy to spot. They are sensitive, so all you have to do is fire a single shotgun at them.

Move up close to any mine and run away once they trigger. Duds most likely does not count.
